Steps to be followed for paying the School Fee for the session 2026-27 of your ward:
Step-1 : Visit the school website www.brsims.com and click on the Fee Tab.
Step-2 : Click on the payment link https://fees.easebuzz.in/view/BURNPURHRzEe
Step-3 : Put the admission number of your ward in the Enrollment Number Box.
Example: If the Admission No. of your ward is 003/2026 then put 0032026 in the Enrollment Number Box.
Step-4 : You will get OTP in your mobile number registered with the school only.
Step-5 : After putting the correct OTP, you will be directed to the payment page.
Step-6 :
a) Once the login happens, you will be able to see the installments (all the 4 Quarters Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4) along with the transport fee (if any).
b) You are requested to pay the fee for Quarter 1, if not paid and kindly ignore, if paid and proceed to pay the fees for the next Quarter(s).
c) You can also pay the fee of your ward for multiple Quarters (Q2, Q3, and Q4) also at a time.
Step-7 : Payment can be made through Debit Card / Credit Card/Online Net Banking/ UPI or Wallet.
Step 8: Please check the amount before proceeding for payment.
Step 9 : Download the receipt after payment.

1- In case of nonpayment of fees within due date, permission must be taken from the school authority for payment of fees in the subsequent month along with late fine as applicable.
2- If a child discontinues/ takes a Transfer Certificate from Burnpur Riverside School, Asansol in the middle of the academic session, the caution money for the same will be refunded only after settlement of all dues at the end of the academic session.
3- Fee, once paid is not refundable.
4- Changes in fee structure can be made at any time if the school authority thinks it necessary.
5- Parents are requested not to pay the school fees through NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS.
6- The School does not have any Cancellation Policy with regards to its stated school fees.
chool Fees should be deposited through online payment gateway. Only in case of exigency, school fees will be collected by ATM/Debit/Credit Card (excluding Gift Card) of any bank through POS Machine installed at the school, subject to prior permission of the school authority. Fees for all classes should be deposited as per the schedule mentioned in the Fee StructureThe name of the student will be struck off from the school roll, if he/she fails to deposit the school fees for two consecutive months and he/she will not be allowed to attend classes until permission is granted by the Director.
